The tomato press consists of a body and auger made of certified cast iron with a Niploy coating; both of these treatments are food-grade and certified. The funnel, filter, filter ring, and tomato chute are made of stainless steel. An 18/10 stainless steel splash guard can be added to the chute upon request. Ideal for small quantities.
